You're talking to an AI

Maya is an AI assistant built by IntelligenceX, not a human being. Maya can answer questions, scope engagements, and hand conversations off to a member of our team - it will always be clear when that handoff happens.

What we collect

• The content of your conversation with Maya, including messages you type or say (voice sessions are transcribed).
• Contact details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, company, or phone number - for example when booking a call or requesting a follow-up.
• Basic technical information about the session (such as timestamps) needed to operate and support the chat.

We do not ask for passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal data through this chat, and you should not share any.

How it's used

• To answer your questions and keep the conversation going.
• To route your request to the right person on our team when a human is needed, along with the conversation context so they can pick up where Maya left off.
• To follow up on requests you've made, such as scheduling a call or sending information you asked for.
• To review and improve how Maya responds, using conversation records.

We don't sell your conversation data or contact details to third parties.

Your choices

You can choose not to share contact details and continue chatting anonymously for general questions. If you'd rather speak with a person directly, ask Maya to connect you with our team at any point in the conversation.
